The ICMS Problem Reporting Management System (PRMS) is a Web-based system that generates a unique record for each Problem Report. A Problem Report provides a simple interface designed to allow creation by anyone.  It provides a detailed email-based workflow addressing the assignment, investigation, implementation, verification and closure.  Automatic email notification of adds, modifications and closures. Safety related PR's are flagged. Status updates and assignments are restricted / secure.
